Why Unobviously?

I have been regularly asked about the naming of Unobviously Coaching. So let me tell you its origins.

During my coaching training at INSEAD, I discussed my coaching philosophy with my supervisor. At one point, he remarked, "If it was obvious, people would have done it themselves already." And so the name was born: Unobviously.

If it is easy and obvious, you do not need help. When it is unobvious, you do.

My goal is to help my clients achieve meaningful change and growth in their leadership of teams and organisations during corporate transformations. Through targeted questions, challenges, and hypotheses, you will gain insights and discover the best solutions within yourself.
