Coaching Process
1. EXPLORE
We first have a chemistry call to get to know each other, discuss your objectives, and define what success looks like. If we decide to work together, we explore your role, organisation and you. We'll review your skills, knowledge and performance, as well as hidden barriers and gaps.
2. PLAN
Based on our exploration, we agree your coaching objectives to enable success. We also prepare a call to action, and set our expectations and commitments.
3. IMPLEMENT
The plan is implemented, step-by-step, at a sustainable pace. Throughout the process, we monitor and evaluate calls to action, making modifications where necessary. To embed your transformation, new habits will be developed.
4. CONCLUDE
A final review of the outcome and the process lets you reflect on your learnings and insights. We believe it is important to take pride in the journey and transformation that has taken place.
You have the answers within you, and my role is to help uncover your wisdom through questions and challenges. Only by looking below the surface can we gain a deeper understanding. I take a systematic view to create new insights and perspectives, allowing you to step outside your comfort zone and experiment with new ways.
